Wallet Transactions
1. Adding Funds to Wallet
- Non-Refundable: All funds added to your HAPPYCLUBRIDES wallet are non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
- Usage of Wallet Balance: The balance in your wallet can only be used for services offered within the HAPPYCLUBRIDES platform, such as ride bookings and other related services.
- Incorrect Fund Addition: If an error occurs while adding funds to your wallet (e.g., an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact our support team within 24 hours at support@happyclubrides.com. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a resolution, such as adjusting the wallet balance.
2. Fraudulent Transactions
- Report Unauthorized Activity: If you notice any unauthorized transactions in your wallet, please notify us immediately at support@happyclubrides.com. After investigation, we will take the necessary steps, including freezing the wallet and reviewing the transaction for potential refunds, if applicable.
Ride Services
1. Ride Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Before Pickup: If you cancel your ride before the driver has been dispatched or within the cancellation window (typically 5 minutes after booking), you will receive a full refund of the ride fare, which will be credited to your wallet.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel your ride after the driver has been dispatched or outside of the cancellation window, a cancellation fee may be applied, and only the remaining balance will be refunded to your wallet.
- Driver No-Show: In the event that the driver fails to arrive or cancels the ride, you will receive a full refund of the ride fare, credited back to your wallet.
2. Issues During the Ride
- Service Complaints: If you experience any issues during your ride (driver misconduct, vehicle condition, or incorrect charges), please report the issue within 24 hours after the ride at support@happyclubrides.com. Refunds or compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for ride services will generally be issued as credits to your HAPPYCLUBRIDES wallet. In special circumstances, we may offer refunds to your original payment method upon review.
Refund Timeframe
- Wallet and ride refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. If the refund is applied to your wallet, it will reflect instantly once approved.
- For refunds to your original payment method, please allow 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
