You also need to realize that your usage of the Bulbul Platform is likewise governed by our terms and conditions (specified separately). This policy applies to: Passengers: Persons who seek or get transportation, including those who receive transportation requested by someone else. Hosts: Drivers who offer Passengers transportation either directly or via associated transit firms. This privacy policy also applies to additional personal data collected by Bulbul in conjunction with its services. For example, we may collect contact information from persons who utilize Happy Club Rides Services for Business accounts, private details from those who begin but do not finish driver applications, or other personal data concerning our mapping technology and services. Our operations are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions in which we operate. It implies that we will only partake in the actions detailed in this notice in specific regions if the laws of that  regions permit it. If you are curious about our practices in a particular geographical location, please contact us. 2. Collection of Your Personal Information. When you use the Happy Club Rides Platform, we gather the information you give and your app usage and device information. We also collect information about you from third-party services and optional programs that you might engage with. We may combine all this supplementary information with any data we have on file for you. A brief about information collection: 1. Data provided by users during sign-up processes. 2. Data generated while service usage examples include data regarding location, app usage, and device data. 3. We require all users to indicate that they are at least 18 years old. Account Registration. We gather the information you provide us when you open an account with Happy Club Rides. It may include your name, email address, contact details, date of birth, and payment details (along with billing details). You can opt to share extra information for your Passenger profile with us. It may involve a photo or stored addresses (e.g., home or work), as well as set up other preferences (such as your preferred pronouns). Driver Information. Suppose you want to join our platform as a Driver. In that case, we will capture the data you provide in your application. It may include your name, email address, contact details, date of birth, profile photo, mailing address, government identification number (such as your social security number), driver's licence information, vehicle information, and car insurance information. We gather payment details that you offer us, such as bank routing numbers and tax information. Depending on where you wish to drive, we may additionally need an additional business licence or permit information, as well as other information to administer driving and programs in that region. We may require more information from you once you become a Driver, such as information to verify your identity (like a photo). Demographic Data. We may gather demographic information about users, such as through user surveys. We may also acquire demographic information about users from third parties in some geographical locations. We may also deduce demographic data from other information gathered from users. For example, when enabling features that allow women to give or receive services from other women, we may assume gender based on their first name. Ratings and Feedback. We gather all of the information you offer in your comments when you rate and submit feedback about Passengers or Drivers. Communications. We gather whatever information you supply, including the contents of any messages or documents you provide us, regardless of whether you connect with us or we connect with you. Travel Information. Users of our platform who frequently use our service provide us with travel information, such as the times and dates of planned flights, hotel, or vehicle rental arrangements. We gather the following information: 1. When users voluntarily enter their information into the Happy Club Rides Services app; or 2. Via travel-related email confirmations if users have granted us access to their Gmail accounts. Information We Collect Based On Your Service Usage. When you use our Services, we collect personal information and demographic information. It includes personal details, mobile details, time zone setting, device location, transaction  information, age/birth date, browsing history information, searching history information, and registration history information. We also use GPS technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to the data being used for this purpose. Location Information. The Happy Club Rides Platform gathers coordinates and location data (including GPS and Wi-Fi data) in multiple ways. It depends on your Happy Club Rides Services app settings and permission settings, along with whether you are a passenger or driver: Passengers: When you launch and use the Happy Club Rides Services app, we record your device's exact coordinates. It is valid even when the app operates in the background when you request a trip until it finishes. Happy Club Rides also constantly monitors the precise location of scooters and e-bikes. We collect data to boost the use of our applications, such as improving pickups, enabling safety features, and preventing and detecting fraudulent behaviour. Drivers: When you launch and use the app, we gather your device's precise location, including when the application operates in foreground or background in driver mode. We also record the exact location after you quit driver mode for a brief period to detect ride events. We keep collecting until a reported or identified incident is no longer active. We gather drivers' approximate location data for various reasons, including enabling rides, enabling ride tracking and safety features, preventing and detecting fraud, and meeting regulatory requirements. Usage Information. We gather information on how users engage with our services and your overall usage of the Bulbul Platform. Data such as access dates and times (date, time, destination, duration, itinerary, payments, and whether or not you used a promo code), program features or pages accessed, app crashes and other system activity, and browser type are all included. We may also collect data on third-party sites or services visited before interacting with our services, which we may utilize for marketing purposes. We also collect information on your interactions with our platform. It includes apps and websites, such as the pages and content you see, as well as the dates and times you use it. Device Information. We gather information regarding the devices you are using to access the Happy Club Rides Platform. This information includes the device model, IP address, browser type, operating system version, carrier and manufacturer identity, permission preferences and preferred settings (language), application installations, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens. Communications between Passengers and Drivers. We cooperate with a third party to facilitate phone conversations and text messaging between passengers and drivers without disclosing either party's contact information. However, suppose we employ a third party to offer the communication service. In that case, we collect information about these conversations, such as the participants' phone numbers, the date and time, and the contents of SMS messages. We may also record the contents of phone conversations conducted over the Bulbul Platform for security reasons. Still, we will always notify you before the call begins. Address Book Contacts. You can adjust your device permissions to grant Bulbul access to your contact lists. You can also direct Happy Club Rides to access your contact list, for example, to help you refer friends to Bulbul. Once you do this, we will access and keep the names and contact data of individuals in your address book. You may enable Happy Club Rides access to your contact lists, for example, to assist you in referring friends to Bulbul. We will save the names and contact information in your address book if you do this. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies. Third-party providers supply us with information that we require for fundamental parts of the Happy Club Rides Platform and extra services, programs, loyalty rewards, and promos that can improve your Happy Club Rides experience. We allow businesses or other organisations to book rides for others. Therefore, if another company orders you a trip through Happy Club Rides Services, they will supply us with your contact information and your ride's pick and drop locations. Referral Programs. Friends help friends use the Bulbul Platform. Suppose someone refers you to Happy Club Rides Services. Manage the Happy Club Rides Platform's and Its Users' Security and Safety. Our platform is focused on providing you with a safe and comfortable experience. We utilise your personal details to do this by: We use your details to do this by: • Check to see if the drivers and their cars fulfil the safety criteria. • Investigation and resolution of events, accidents, and insurance claims • Advocate safe driving and prevent risky behaviours. • Detect and prevent fraud; and • Report and block malicious and fraudulent users from our platform. A. Sharing Between Happy Club Rides Services Users: Riders and Drivers. Passenger Details Shared With the Driver. Once we get a ride request, we communicate the passenger's pickup location, name, profile photo, ratings, passenger stats (an estimated number of rides and years as a riders), and information  the passenger puts in their passenger profile with the driver (pronoun preferences). We communicate the passenger's destination with the driver's destination. It also includes any extra stops the passenger enters into the Happy Club Rides Services app upon pickup and throughout the journey. We eventually share the passenger's rating and comments with the driver once the ride is completed. (When we share ratings and comments with drivers, we erase the passenger's name, but a driver may be able to identify the passenger who submitted the rating or feedback.) Driver Details Shared With Passenger. Once a driver accepts a request for a ride, we will share with the passenger the driver's name, profile photo, pronoun preference, ratings, real-time coordinates, vehicle details, and licence plate. Furthermore, we will also disclose other information in the Driver's Happy Club Rides Services profile. It may include the information drivers choose to add (such as the country flag and why you drive) and Driver statistics (an estimated number of years and a total number of rides being a Driver). Although we facilitate communication between passengers and drivers to schedule a pickup, we do not disclose your actual phone number or other contact information with other users. Report a lost or recovered item to us. We will try our utmost best to match you with an appropriate passenger or driver, including exchanging basic contact information with your permission. Shared-ride Passengers. To guarantee passenger safety, when passengers use the Bulbul's Shared Ride or Carpool service, we share each passenger's name and profile picture. Passengers may also view each other's pick and drop locations as part of getting to know the route when sharing a trip. Rides Requested or Paid For By Others. You may take rides that others paid for or requested. Suppose you take such rides via your Bulbul Taxi Services' Business Profile account. In that case, a coupon, code, a subsidized program (government or transit), a promotional code, or a corporate credit card associated with another account; or you take such a ride where a standard user requests or pays for you, we may share selected or all of your ride details with that party. It includes the date, time, charges, ratings, rides region, and pick and drop location of your ride. Referral Programs. If you recommend someone to the Happy Club Rides Platform, we will notify them that you were the referral source. If another user recommended you, we might share information about your Happy Club Rides Platform usage with that person. A referral source, for example, may get a bonus if you join our platform or complete a specific number of trips and provide such information. B. Sharing With Outsider Service Providers for Business Purposes. Based on whether you are a passenger or a driver, we may disclose the following categories of your personal details for commercial purposes to provide you with a range of features and services through our platform: • Personal identifiers including your name, mailing address, email address, contact details, birthdate, government identity number (SSN), information about your license, vehicle, and insurance; • Information regarding finances, such as bank routing numbers, tax identification numbers, and any other payment details you send us; • Commercial data such as ride details, driver/passenger statistics and comments, and driver/passenger transaction history • Online activity data, such as your IP address, browser, OS version, service provider and manufacturer, device details, and mobile network details; and • Details regarding your geographic coordinates and daily itinerary. We reveal the above described personal information to service providers for the following commercial reasons: • Managing and fixing your Happy Club Rides Services account; • Scheduling or completing trips; • Offering customer care • Processing transactions for passengers; • Processing applications and transactions for passengers; • Validating user identities; • Preventing and detecting fraud; • Handling insurance claims; • Advocating driver loyalty and advertising campaigns; • Providing promotional activities and marketing services to Happy Club Rides Services; • Providing funding/investments; • Providing on-demand emergency services; • Providing analytics services to Happy Club Rides Services; and • Conducting intrinsic research to develop the Happy Club Rides Platform. For example, to customise and optimise our advertisements, we exchange user data (such as hashed email addresses, user information, device, or user identifiers) with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Happy Club Rides Services discloses users' personal information and details because they are crucial for fulfilling our responsibilities under our terms of service and privacy notice. These documents represent our legally binding contractual relationship with the user. Furthermore, disclosing personal information may also be necessary for legal purposes involving Happy Club Rides Services, its users, and other affiliated entities. 6.
