2.1 Adding Funds to Wallet
- Payment Authorization: When you add funds to your wallet, you authorize HAPPYCLUBRIDES to process the payment through the selected payment method. The amount will be deducted from your chosen payment source and added to your wallet balance.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation notification via email or within the app once the transaction is successfully completed. The wallet balance will be updated immediately, subject to any processing delays from your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Reversible Transactions: Once funds are added to the wallet, the transaction is non-reversible. Please ensure that you add the correct amount before completing the payment.
2.2 Transaction Limits
- Minimum/Maximum Limits: You can add funds to your wallet with a minimum of 5$ and a maximum of 10,000$ per transaction. If you need to exceed the limit, please contact our support team.
3. Ride Payments
3.1 Booking a Ride
- Payment at Booking: At the time of booking a ride, the estimated fare will be deducted from your wallet or the payment method you have chosen.
- Ride Fare Adjustments: Any adjustments to the ride fare after the completion of the ride will be reflected in your wallet. If additional charges apply, the balance will be deducted from your wallet or charged to the payment method on file.
- Split Payments: In cases where your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the full fare, the remaining amount will be charged to your selected payment method.
3.2 Refunds for Rides
- Refunds for canceled rides or disputes are handled as per our Refund Return Policy. Any approved refunds will be credited back to your wallet or original payment method, as applicable.
4. Payment Security
4.1 Encryption and Data Security
- Secure Payment Gateway: All payments made through our platform are processed using secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment details such as credit card numbers or banking information on our servers. Our payment processors comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure data security.
- Fraud Protection: We implement multiple layers of fraud protection, including real-time transaction monitoring, to prevent unauthorized activities. If we detect any suspicious payment activity, we may temporarily freeze your account or transaction until further verification is completed.
4.2 User Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. If your payment method is declined or expires, you will need to update it promptly to continue using our services.
5. No Transaction Fees
- Wallet Top-Up Fees: No fees are charged for adding funds to your wallet via most payment methods. However, some payment providers may impose transaction fees, which will be displayed before you complete the payment.
- Ride Booking Fees: No additional transaction fees are charged for booking rides using wallet funds or direct payment methods unless explicitly stated.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
- Insufficient Funds: If a payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds, you will need to retry the transaction or use a different payment method.
- Payment Failure Notifications: You will receive a notification if your payment fails. Please review the reason for the failure, such as incorrect details, insufficient funds, or network issues, and correct the issue to proceed.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Payment Disputes: If you encounter any issues with payments, such as being overcharged or noticing unauthorized transactions, you should report the issue to support@happyclubrides.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Resolution Process: We will investigate the dispute and, if applicable, issue a refund or resolve the payment error promptly. Any refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the Refund Return Policy.
